2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of product details.
• We operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only within Pakistan.
• Every order is personally confirmed via phone call before dispatch.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud).

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery is handled by trusted couriers (TCS, Leopard Courier, Pakistan Post, etc.).
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across Pakistan.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated during order confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size or color issues only (no cash refunds).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (0317 466 9233) to initiate an exchange.
• Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric characteristics.
