Our Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day exchange window from the date of delivery. This allows you to exchange an item if it doesn't fit perfectly or if you'd prefer a different color.
Please note: We currently do not offer cash refunds — only exchanges for size or color.
Eligibility for Exchange
- The item must be requested for exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
- The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Exchange is only available for size or color changes (subject to stock availability).
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or call: +92 317 466 9233.
- Provide your order number and tell us which item(s) you'd like to exchange (and for what size/color).
- Our team will guide you and confirm if the requested size/color is available.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (with tags attached).
- Send the item back using the courier of your choice (we recommend TCS or Leopard for reliability).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship your exchange order.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Customer pays for the return shipping cost (unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it).
- The shipping cost for the new exchanged item is usually covered by us (we'll confirm during the process).
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability — we cannot guarantee the exact size/color will be in stock.
- Sale/final sale items are generally not eligible for exchange (unless defective).
- We inspect every returned item. If it doesn't meet our condition requirements, the exchange may not be processed.
