What payment methods do you accept?
We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis across Pakistan. This means you pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep. We do not accept online payments at this time.

We partner with trusted courier services including TCS, Leopard Courier, and Pakistan Post depending on your location and the best available route. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Pakistan.

What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size or color issues (no returns for cash refund). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
